Recipe

Step	Instruction
1	Grind 10g of qishr with a blade grinder for 15 seconds.
2	Using a Hario switch, or a device that is comparable, place grinds into filter.
3	With water set at 93°C, pour in 300g of water. Let it sit for 6 minutes.
4	Add cinnamon and ginger to taste.
