From the husk of our naturally processed Harazi coffee, qishr (known commonly as cascara) is a common morning drink among native Yemenis for its smooth, tea-like taste and natural caffeine. With a clean, fermented pear-plum flavor, brewing a pot of our qishr is guaranteed to offer a wonderfully soothing dose of energy.

| 1 | Grind 10g of qishr with a blade grinder for 15 seconds. |
| 2 | Using a Hario switch, or a device that is comparable, place grinds into filter. |
| 3 | With water set at 93°C, pour in 300g of water. Let it sit for 6 minutes. |
| 4 | Add cinnamon and ginger to taste. |
