1 | Grind 10g of qishr with a blade grinder for 15 seconds. |
2 | Using a Hario switch, or a device that is comparable, place grinds into filter. |
3 | With water set at 93°C, pour in 300g of water. Let it sit for 6 minutes. |
4 | Add cinnamon and ginger to taste. |
