Welcome to Mocha Luxury Coffee LLC, also known as Mocha Lux. We are a U.S.-registered company dedicated to sustainably sourcing and globally distributing high-quality coffee. Starting with Yemen, our mission is to deliver these exceptional coffees directly to consumers from our sustainable storage facilities. We offer a unique roasting box subscription, providing an authentic taste experience while preserving the authenticity of each coffee's origin. By using our services, you agree to comply with the terms set forth herein.

 

Definitions

-   "Company"   refers to Mocha Luxury Coffee LLC, also doing business as Mocha Lux.
-   "Services"   encompasses all services provided by the Company, including but not limited to the sale and distribution of coffee, and any subscription services such as the roasting box deal.
-   "Products"   include all items offered for sale by the Company, including coffee beans and related products.
-   "Customer"   or   "You"   refers to you, as a user and purchaser of our Products and Services.
-   "Subscription"   is a recurring service provided by the Company, which may include periodic deliveries of our Products.
-   "Site"   refers to our website where these Services and Products are offered.

 

User Obligations

As a customer of Mocha Lux, you are expected to:

- Provide accurate and current information at all times when registering and ordering from our site.

- Use the products and services offered for personal, non-commercial use only.

- Comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations regarding your use of our services and your purchase of items.

- Not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Services or the servers and networks which are connected to the Services.

- Not duplicate, reproduce, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service without express written permission by the company.

 

Ordering and Payments

-   Subscription Orders:   For our roasting box subscriptions, we will charge your payment method on file on the 1st of every month.

-   Single Product Orders:   When you place an order for individual products, your payment will be charged at the time the order is placed.

We accept various forms of payment, which are securely processed through our online platform. Ensure your billing and payment information is up to date and accurate to avoid any disruptions in order processing and delivery.

Shipping and Delivery

-   Subscription Orders:   Subscription boxes are shipped on the 20th of each month, provided that stock is available. If stock is unavailable, customers will be notified of any delays.

-   Single Product Orders:   Orders for single products are shipped the next business day following the placement of the order.

-   Fulfillment and Carriers:   Our orders are fulfilled by a professional fulfillment center, with shipments carried out by DHL, FedEx, or UPS, depending on the customer's selection at the time of order.

-   Regions Served:   We currently ship to addresses within the United States and the European Union.

-   Lost or Damaged Items:   In the event that an order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the issue and, if necessary, send a replacement or issue a refund. Please keep all original packing materials as they may be needed to process the claim.

 

Returns and Refunds

You may return any product purchased from Mocha Lux within 30 days of delivery if it fails to meet your expectations. The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, and in its original packaging. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please note that certain types of items may be exempt from returns, such as perishable goods or customized products.

 

Intellectual Property Policy

The content provided on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and service marks, is owned by or licensed to Mocha Luxury Coffee LLC and is protected under both United States and international intellectual property laws.
